The record, and the method behind it.

Runners and sporting athletes, with bone stress injury as the specialty.

Hundreds

of bone stress injuries managed end to end

Hundreds

of return to run programs built and tracked

1,000+

runners and athletes treated across clinic and high performance settings

From the practice record. The tracking systems are younger than the practice, so these are floors, not totals.

What the numbers mean

  1. 01

    Diagnosis you can act on

Which tissue, what grade, and how worried to be. For bone, the high risk sites get imaging and a conservative plan and the low risk ones get moving sooner. For everything else, the same question: what is the load problem here?

  2. 02

A plan built from your numbers

Strength and capacity testing at the start and at each stage, so the plan reflects what your body can take today, not a template.

  3. 03

    Progression by criteria

Every step up in the run plan has something that has to be true first. That is how the injury stays fixed rather than coming back at week eight.
